Software built to carry your business, not just to launch.

Five practices that cover the full life of a product — from the first prototype to the AI features running on top of it. Every engagement is scoped in writing and delivered by senior engineers.

AI Integration & RAG

LLM features grounded in your own data

Assistants, search and automation built on top of your documents, tickets and databases. Retrieval-augmented so answers cite real sources instead of inventing them — and shipped with evaluations, guardrails and a cost model you can forecast.

An assistant that answers from your data — with citations, not guesses.

Custom Web Applications

Portals, dashboards and internal tools

Web software built around how your business actually runs — not around a template. We design the data model first, then ship an interface your team can use every day without training sessions.

A portal your team opens every morning instead of a spreadsheet.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Tailwind CSS

What is included

  • Role-based admin portals and customer dashboards
  • Workflow, approval and document automation
  • Data-heavy tables, search, filtering and reporting
  • Single sign-on, permissions and audit trails
  • Reusable design system and component library
  • Performance budgets tuned for Core Web Vitals

Mobile Applications

iOS and Android from one codebase

Cross-platform apps that feel native on both stores. One codebase keeps your roadmap affordable; a proper release pipeline keeps updates boring — which is exactly what you want from releases.

One release pipeline shipping to both stores on the same day.

  • React Native
  • Expo
  • Flutter
  • Firebase
  • REST / GraphQL

What is included

  • Cross-platform iOS + Android builds
  • Offline-first data sync and conflict handling
  • Push notifications and deep linking
  • In-app payments and subscription flows
  • App Store and Play Store submission support
  • Crash reporting, analytics and staged rollouts

SaaS Product Development

MVP to multi-tenant platform

The parts of a SaaS that are painful to retrofit — tenancy, billing, entitlements, auditability — designed in from day one, so version two is an upgrade rather than a rewrite.

A product that can take its first paying customer — and its thousandth.

  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma
  • Stripe
  • Redis

What is included

  • MVP scoped and shipped in weeks, not quarters
  • Multi-tenant architecture with row-level isolation
  • Subscription billing, trials, plans and metering
  • Role-based access control and team accounts
  • Product analytics, admin tooling and audit logs
  • Onboarding flows built to convert trials

Cloud & Integrations

Infrastructure and systems that talk to each other

Deployments you can trust on a Friday. We codify infrastructure, wire your existing ERP, CRM and payment systems together, and leave you with dashboards that show what is actually happening.

Every deploy is reviewable, reversible and observed.

  • AWS
  • Vercel
  • Docker
  • GitHub Actions
  • Terraform
  • Cloudflare

What is included

  • AWS and Vercel environments defined as code
  • CI/CD pipelines with preview environments
  • API design, versioning and documentation
  • ERP, CRM and payment gateway integrations
  • Logging, tracing, uptime and alerting
  • Cloud cost and performance optimisation

From idea to launch

We turn what you can describe into something people use.

You do not need a specification, a designer or a technical co-founder to begin — you need one honest conversation and a team that has shipped this before. Whichever of these you recognise, the first six weeks are already mapped out.

You have an idea

There is no spec, no designs and maybe a competitor you keep pointing at. That is a completely normal place to start.

What we do

  • Turn the idea into user journeys and a one-page product brief
  • Cut it down to the smallest version worth launching
  • Design the screens that matter and prototype them clickable
  • Give you a fixed price and a date before development starts

A clickable prototype in 2 weeks

You have a product that stopped scaling

It worked at ten customers and struggles at a thousand. Pages hang, deploys are frightening, and every fix breaks something else.

What we do

  • Audit the architecture, data model and delivery pipeline
  • Fix the three bottlenecks that cause most of the pain first
  • Add tests, monitoring and safe deploys before adding features
  • Hand you a written plan you could give to any other team

An audit report in 1 week

You run the business on spreadsheets

The process works, but it lives in files, WhatsApp groups and one person's head — and it breaks the moment they take leave.

What we do

  • Map the real process, including the exceptions nobody documented
  • Replace it with one system your team can actually operate
  • Integrate the tools you already pay for instead of replacing them
  • Train your team and leave documentation behind

No spec required

Send a voice note, a screenshot of a spreadsheet, or three paragraphs at midnight. We will come back with questions, a shape for the build and an honest answer about what it costs.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Pick the shape that fits the problem. Most clients start with a fixed-scope project and move to a retainer once the product is live.

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best for MVPs, rebuilds and clearly bounded features.

From 4 weeks

Dedicated engineer

A senior engineer embedded in your team, in your tools, in your stand-ups. Monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Monthly

Support & growth retainer

Maintenance, monitoring and a steady stream of improvements after launch, with an agreed response time.

Ongoing

Always included

The standard does not change with the invoice.

Whether it is a one-week integration or a nine-month platform build, every engagement ships with the same engineering practice.

  • A written scope and fixed estimate before any code
  • Two-week sprints with a live demo and staging URL
  • Code review, automated tests and CI on every change
  • Accessibility and Core Web Vitals in the definition of done
  • Documentation, handover session and support window
  • Repositories and cloud accounts owned by you
Questions about the work

What clients ask before they commit.

If your question is not here, ask it directly — you will get a straight answer from an engineer, not a sales reply.

I only have an idea — is that enough to start?

Yes. Most of our projects start from a conversation, not a specification. In discovery we turn the idea into user journeys, a scope and a fixed estimate. You keep that brief whether or not you build it with us.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

A focused MVP is typically 4–8 weeks from kick-off to a live product, depending on how many user roles and integrations it needs. You see working software at the end of every two-week sprint, not just at the end.

How do you keep a project on budget?

We quote a fixed price per phase against a written scope, so the number does not move unless the scope does. If you ask for something new mid-sprint, we price it and you decide — nothing is added silently and billed later.

What if our requirements change during the build?

They usually do, and the sprint structure is designed for it. Anything that has not started yet can be reordered for free at the sprint boundary; work already delivered stays delivered. You are never locked into a plan written before you saw the product.

We do not have a designer — can you handle the design?

Yes. Design is part of every build: user flows, a component library and responsive screens in your brand colours. If you already have a designer or a design system, we work inside it instead of replacing it.

Which technologies will you use for my project?

We default to Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL on AWS or Vercel, with React Native or Flutter for mobile, because they are proven, well-supported and easy to hire for. If your team already runs a different stack, we work in yours.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Often that is the best setup. We join your repository, your board and your stand-ups, take ownership of an agreed area, and review each other's code. Your team keeps the context; ours adds the capacity.

What do you need from us while you build?

One decision-maker who can answer questions within a day, and about an hour a week for the sprint demo. Everything else — planning, design, testing, deployment and documentation — is our side of the table.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you share anything sensitive. Contracts also assign all intellectual property in the work to you, and the repositories and cloud accounts are created in your name from the start.
