Industries

We build for the operation, not the brochure.

Every sector has one process that decides whether the month goes well. These are the industries whose processes we already know — and the systems we build to hold them.

What repeats everywhere

Different industries, the same four bottlenecks.

Before the sector detail, this is what we find on almost every first call — whichever business you run.

The process lives in one person's head

It works until they take leave. We map the real process — exceptions included — and put it in a system anyone on the team can run.

Three systems, three versions of the truth

Stock, pricing or status differs depending on who you ask. We make one system the source of truth and integrate the rest around it.

Reporting is a manual exercise

Every board pack costs a day of copying between files. We build the report once, against live data, and it stops being a task.

Approvals sit in an inbox

Work stalls behind one person's email. We put approvals in a workflow with an audit trail, so nothing waits silently.

Real estate & property

Listings, leasing and owner reporting

Listings live in one portal, leases in a spreadsheet, and maintenance requests in a WhatsApp group. Nobody can answer 'what is the portfolio doing this month' without a day of copying.

Where AI earns its place

Contract and title-document extraction, plus a search assistant that answers lease questions with the clause it came from.

What we build

  • Listing and inventory portals with role-based access for agents
  • Tenant and owner portals: contracts, invoices, renewals, documents
  • Maintenance ticketing with photo evidence and SLA tracking
  • Commission, payout and rent-roll reporting
  • CRM and payment-gateway integrations instead of re-keying

One portfolio view the owner can open without asking anyone.

Logistics & supply chain

Fleet, dispatch and delivery visibility

Dispatch runs on phone calls, proof of delivery arrives as photos in a chat, and the customer's only tracking option is to ring the office.

Where AI earns its place

Document extraction for bills of lading and invoices, and exception triage that flags the shipments a human should look at first.

What we build

  • Dispatch boards, route sheets and driver mobile apps
  • Offline-first proof of delivery with signatures and photos
  • Customer tracking pages and automated status notifications
  • Warehouse, stock and returns workflows with barcode scanning
  • ERP, customs and carrier API integrations

Drivers, dispatchers and customers reading the same status.

Healthcare & clinics

Scheduling, records and patient access

Appointments are booked by phone, records sit in two systems that disagree, and reminders depend on someone remembering to send them.

Where AI earns its place

Summarising visit notes and correspondence for the clinician, with the source note always one click away — assistive, never diagnostic.

What we build

  • Appointment booking, queueing and reminder workflows
  • Clinician dashboards with audit trails on every record
  • Patient portals for results, documents and follow-ups
  • Consent, access control and data-retention policies in the build
  • Lab, pharmacy and insurance integrations

Fewer no-shows and a record the clinician can trust.

Retail & e-commerce

Storefronts, stock and fulfilment

The storefront sells what the warehouse no longer has, and every channel keeps its own version of the truth about stock and pricing.

Where AI earns its place

Catalogue enrichment, natural-language product search and support replies drafted from your own policies and order data.

What we build

  • Headless storefronts with performance budgets that hold on mobile
  • Multi-channel inventory, pricing and promotion management
  • Order, fulfilment and returns workflows with courier hand-off
  • Loyalty, vouchers and subscription billing
  • Marketplace, POS and accounting integrations

One stock number every channel agrees with.

Education & training

Enrolment, delivery and outcomes

Enrolment, attendance and fees live in three tools, and reporting to the board or the regulator is a manual exercise every term.

Where AI earns its place

Drafting feedback and assessment summaries from real submissions, and a study assistant grounded strictly in your own course material.

What we build

  • Enrolment, admissions and fee-collection workflows
  • Course delivery, assessment and certification portals
  • Attendance, progress and cohort reporting
  • Parent, student and instructor apps on one account model
  • Payment, SMS and video-platform integrations

A term's reporting produced in an afternoon, not a fortnight.

Professional & financial services

Case files, approvals and client portals

Client work is tracked in folders and email threads, approvals depend on one partner's inbox, and billable time is reconstructed from memory on Friday.

Where AI earns its place

Retrieval over your own precedent and policy library so answers cite the document — never a model's recollection of one.

What we build

  • Matter, case and engagement management with document control
  • Approval chains, e-signature and audit-ready activity logs
  • Client portals for documents, invoices and status
  • Time capture, billing and revenue reporting
  • Accounting, KYC and e-signature integrations

Every file, approval and hour in one auditable place.

Where you are starting from

Three ways this conversation usually begins.

Whatever your sector, an enquiry almost always arrives in one of these three shapes. None of them requires you to have a specification ready.

You have an idea

There is no spec, no designs and maybe a competitor you keep pointing at. That is a completely normal place to start.

  • Turn the idea into user journeys and a one-page product brief
  • Cut it down to the smallest version worth launching
  • Design the screens that matter and prototype them clickable
  • Give you a fixed price and a date before development starts

You have a product that stopped scaling

It worked at ten customers and struggles at a thousand. Pages hang, deploys are frightening, and every fix breaks something else.

  • Audit the architecture, data model and delivery pipeline
  • Fix the three bottlenecks that cause most of the pain first
  • Add tests, monitoring and safe deploys before adding features
  • Hand you a written plan you could give to any other team

You run the business on spreadsheets

The process works, but it lives in files, WhatsApp groups and one person's head — and it breaks the moment they take leave.

  • Map the real process, including the exceptions nobody documented
  • Replace it with one system your team can actually operate
  • Integrate the tools you already pay for instead of replacing them
  • Train your team and leave documentation behind

Before you write

What clients ask about their sector.

Our sector is not listed — can you still help?

Usually, yes. The sectors here are ones we know well, but the underlying problems — approvals, documents, stock, scheduling, reporting, integrations — repeat across industries. Discovery is where we establish whether we are genuinely the right team, and we will tell you if we are not.

Do you build from scratch or extend what we already run?

Whichever is cheaper for you to live with. If your ERP, CRM or accounting system works, we integrate with it rather than replacing it. We only propose a rebuild when the cost of keeping the current system is provably higher than replacing it.

Can you work with our compliance and data rules?

Yes. Data residency, access control, audit logging and retention are design inputs from the first phase, not a review at the end. If your sector has a specific standard, bring it to discovery and it becomes part of the acceptance criteria.

How much does an industry solution cost?

A first working system for one department typically lands in the 4–8 week range; a single integration or automation can be a one-week engagement. You get a fixed price per phase before any development starts.
